Overall

Unprofessional and uncaring. By law they are supposed update the patient folder every visit, but the only entry is the intake form. Male nurse kissed me on the cheek on two different visits. Requested a female nurse but she kept questioning the need for a procedure that was ordered by a doctor, giving me a hard time about it, and ending the visit before obtaining lab results because she said her back was hurting. When I called the office to try and receive a visit the next day I was told that the nurse was already booked. They didn't offer to send a different nurse. Basically I was out of luck. I told the scheduling coordinator that I didn't have to use their agency and she said "maybe that would be better." I now use BayCare. They call me at least once a week just to check on me (I am bedridden). They are in constant contact with my doctor and they are completely on top of my care. Follow-up is excellent. They even checked up on me when I was in the hospital, just to be nice. My patient folder is updated every visit and if I have a problem they will come out immediately and send a different nurse if necessary. Diamond is a joke. I would stay away from them at all costs.
