Cell Touch

I went to this store on 50th st in Tampa to pay my cell phone bill. The people there are rude as hell. I paid my bill on a Friday and on Saturday the phone was off. I went up there and they gave me a confermation # and told me to call the customer service line my self. I called Metro and they said I would have to wait 24-48hours while they did an investigation. On Monday the phone was still off so I went back to Cell Touch and again the people there were rude as hell and basically told me I had to wait. I said I wanted a refund and I will not wait, so he ran my payment back through and the phone was on in 2 hours. They also over charged me and when I brought it to their attention they said they could not refund me because I had the wrong receipt and it was the ONLY receipt they gave me. The guy did not care and said his "boss" would want to know why the money was being refunded. Meanwhile I asked for his "bosses" name and number and he refused to give me anymore info and just handed me a card with their store number on it which he will not pick up now and only picks the phone up and hangs it back down. They are the rudest most unprofessional people in the business and I would suggest going to another store if you have the choice.
