thay have the worst customer service it was over a month i drop my lawn mower on 08-16-12. before thay can fix my mower and they still cannot finish it they said all the parts was on back order and then they said the blades was the wrong size.so i ask when will the new blades be here they said today (10-25-12) and today is (11-01-12) and no blades.and i got the blades at (lowes) in and out in 10 min. i do not know what vendor they used but thay need a new one. and they lost the key to my lawn mower and the young girl that works there looks like is was strong out with somenthing.

so i will not go back are recommended to nobody

This place does not even rate 1 star, I took a part to be repaired and they said they were looking for parts to fit it. I waited patently for 6 monghs with calls from me (never did they call me) in between to see what was going on and the promise was ALWAYS "tomorrow". Today 6 or so months later I went and picked up my part, still not repaired and was denyed my money back. I went down the road to M & M lawnmower repair and they had me on my way home with the supposedly ellusive parts within minutes. So reconsider going to Buzzs and just go to M & M, you will do much better there!!!
