        Horrible service dept. 100% reliance on voice mail. Nobody, anywhere, not even mgmt office answers phone. With luck, you "may" receive call back at end of day. Best bet is to drive, get in line w/the mad cluster "f" & drop car off.

        My only experience with a repair so far has been with a leaky roof on Ford Explorer. It has leaked with water pouring out of ceiling console unit after it rains - since the 1st week after purchase at Brandon Ford.. Brandon Ford Service "fixed" it, but it still leaks.
