Bob's Carpet Mart

I can't believe the reviews I've read here. I wanted to have carpeted flooring installed in the common areas of my home, laminate flooring in my office, and ceramic tile in my Florida room. Bob's has wonderful selections for every budget. I'm a guy, so color coordination and style is definitely not my forte. Adam treated me with the most exceptional professionalism, punctuality, and courtesy (not to mention patience!) that I've ever received from any flooring vendor I've ever used. In fact, I can't remember ever feeling like such a valuable customer at any store, anywhere! Adam's efficiency and competence are beyond reproach. There was no hard sell. Adam's focus was to provide the highest quality flooring at a price that fit my budget. Thank you Adam, and and thank you Bob's Carpet Mart Carrollwood for an amazing service experience and for helping me make my home beautiful. I'll be a customer for life!

This company is awful. There are gaps all over my floors and elevated laminate where the tile and laminate meet. I'm going to have it re-done by another company. They must be paying the Better Business Bureau good money to have an "A" rating when they have 27!! complaints against them in just 3 years! And in half of those complaints, the customer was not satisfied with Bob's response. I suggest going with another company. Ignore the friendly Bob's Carpet Mart commercials; they're just a gimmick.

I had light colored laminate installed from this store. They installed defective laminate with gray patches and a gray streak in 3 rooms and a hallway. I asked the installer what the gray areas were. He told me that was the way the laminate came to them, that if I wanted light color laminate that I would have to deal with it, and that there was nothing he could do about it. Unfortunately, I trusted his professional judgment and believed this to be fact. When I complained to the store, they had an "independent" evaluator that they PAY to come and evaluate floors. Hmm, whose side is he going to choose. He said the gray patches were from my cleaning solution (Swiffer Wet Jet.) I asked both the store manager and someone from corporate how a solution can cause gray areas to form on laminate and neither had an answer. I called the evaluator and he said he didn't know who I was (even though he was just at my house 3 days ago) and that he would call me back. He never did. I highly do not recommend this Bob's Capetmart. Do not trust them. If you have floors installed by them, make sure there are no discolorations or gaps before you give them the final check. Once you do, they do not care.
