Love the hospital, but they need more people to answer the phones at the imaging department. If you're calling, plan on a hold time of 20 minutes or more (!) after which you'll be transferred to voice mail or simply hung up on. Don't leave a voice mail if you expect them to call you back. Just keep calling. Expect to spend a few days trying to get through.
