Bay Area Property Management is best described by one word - Professionalism. As a realtor and a tenant, I have dealt with so many Property Management companies but after moving into my current home, I instantly realized that they were in a different league in comparison to all other companies. They are responsive, very thorough and work efficiently. No matter what the issue the tenant may have, they have reliable companies that think highly of them and ready to take on projects at any time. A good example would be when I had problems with the water heater, though I reported it later in the day, Bay Area Property Management called their contact/company to fix the issue right away. Unfortunately the workers of that company already left for the day but the owner personally came out that same evening to fix the issue. They are always available to help. I would highly recommend their services. You won't be disappointed!

This is the current property management company of the home I rent and have lived in over 6 yrs. I have had some horror stories of issues with previous property management companies as the owners live out of state. So I can honestly say Bay area property mgmt is a great company to rent from. They always respond quickly to issues and concerns as well as handling issues effectively. The owner is personally very on top of things and is very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone!

Bay Area Property Management has managed several properties for me for several years. Recently, I sold one property using Bay Area as the Real Estate agent. Due to circumstances beyond my control I had to sell as a short sale. Bay Area was very helpful in getting it sold and dealing with the mortgage lender appropriately to conclude the sale in a very timely manner.

I contacted Bay Area Property Management company several days ago and scheduled a meeting at my residence regarding property management services for one of my properties. Shawn the representative that was supposed to show at 10.30 this morning, calls me 1 hour prior, stating that because it was raining he would not be able to show until 11.30, at which point I expressed to Shawn that it is not good business to let down a potential customer and said this is not a very good start, but went ahead and said yes to meeting at 11.30 anyway. 12.30pm and Shawn had still not arrived at which point I called back and asked where he was. At which point he said he had got busy but then went on to say he thought i was rude to him on the phone when i complained that he did not show first time. Shawn obviously does not know how to deal with potential customers very well at all. I have to say this i the worst example of customer service I have ever received. I will never deal with Bay Area property management again, and I strongly suggest to any landlords out there that they stay clear of this company 100%.

.This is the worst rental company I have ever interacted with both personally and professionally. The employees are rude, combative and overall unprofessional. If you can get beyond the Britney Spears gum chewing practices of the rental application person known for now as S...then I give you kudos. The incessant repetitive chomping of the gum was almost enough to distract me from the simple fact that S is a blathering idiot who knows nothing about the application process or how to treat perspective tenants with the respect and gratitude that they deserve. The simple fact that anyone will rent from these idots is beyond me. Then to the actual property manager...known as M who is a spoiled and entitled little brat who works for his "DADDY" and is obviously allowed to get away with running his FATHER's COMPANY into the ground. M was rude...uninformative about the simplest things and generally sour when it came to any maintenance requests about the property. Moving out was the best thing I ever did, I'd never rent from these people again...and I strongly encourage all perspective owners out there not to use them either. All they will do is treat your tenants horribly and often encourage them to just move out much to the dentriment of your financial wellbeing.
I would be more than happy to listen to what you have to say. Seems that you carried this burden during the application process, before you rented. If you beat on a girl while you date, does it change upon marriage? If we were bad to begin with during the application process, why did you continue. How clean were your hands and why did you not contact me?

I wouldn't let these people manage a dog house.
I remember you well. I am sorry that the dog house you chose to rent was not a good fit. I suggest that we could make good if we give you two milk bones and some flea spray. We had to re-carpet because we found urine stains and smell in the corners, and you preferred to hump my leg.
