Bay Area Primary

A friend of my mother was visiting this Doctor and this doctor would change prescriptions on patients that Specialist had given them. IE...Changing a heart patients meds and patient started having issues. He changed the patients Diabetic meds and the woman almost went into diabetic seizure because of this. He is a primary care, not a SPECIALIST, who does he think he is to change what a SPECIALIST has prescribed. He should have his licensed looked into. I know that these people are good people and would never turn him in, but I really wish they would have. When they called to tell his office that they were no longer going to be using him as a primary doctor, he called each doctor that he had referred them too and revoked his referral. These are people with heart problems and really bad diabetes. If you use this doctor be wary.
