I been a loyal customer off this store for 33 years or at least I was. I purchase a keyless remote control for my vehicle paid $79.99 found the same item for $8.49 the next day when I went back to see if they would price match or if not return the item which the manager/owner refuse to do either one. When I asked if they would at least consider some type of price reduction she said no. do your homework before you give these people your money. I Now understand how they can afford to have sexy guys standing around doing nothing with their 1000% Markup highway robbery I will not be going back..

The owner of this store is bull-headed and doesn't get good customer service. They have a ridiculous return policy. I tried to return a $6.99 light bulb that was unopened, I had the receipt, and I had bought it the day before and paid cash. In addition to my receipt, they wanted my name, address, and phone number. I'm surprised they didn't ask for my passport, fingerprint, and first born child. The owner came out and said that's the policy. He asked me to go outside (away from the employees), where he explained it's the policy to cut down on employee theft. OK, inconvenience your customer and ask them all this info because your employees steal from you...? I won't shop here anymore because they give you such a hassle to return anything. I told him I'd rather shop somewhere else where they don't hassle customers and take up their time. He thought that was just fine. Apparently he doesn't realize it costs 40x the money to get a new customer than it does to keep an existing customer.
