If I could give this post office a negative rating, I would. In recent weeks, two credit cards from accounts I recently opened went mysteriously 'missing'. A gift card that a retailer had sent me went 'missing' as well. A year ago, a birthday card with a money order also went 'missing'. I had noticed over the course of the last year that some of my bank and credit card statements have not been delivered every single month and twice I received my neighbor's Bank of America statements. I don't care if they were incorrectly delivered or stolen, this is either total incompetence or fraud, which needs to be seriously addressed but I have gotten nothing but the runaround. They NEVER, EVER answer the phone during business hours. Someone finally got back to me from that post office after I sent a formal complaint through the USPS.com website, but the timing of her call was inconvenient and I requested that she call back-which, of course, she did not do. Last night, I received another piece of mail for someone whose name does not even begin to look or sound like mine, this piece of mail is from a bank to a man who lives in Georgia whereas I live in Florida. The bank addressed it to be delivered to an address that was totally different than the address stamped by the post office, it looks similar to my home address but is not the same. I am currently waiting for another gift card from a retailer and very nervous about whether I will actually receive it. I have never had so much mail stolen/missing/misdelivered during my entire lifetime as I have during the last year and a half at my current address. I am disguisted with the service and the fact that this happens so often that I have to worry every time something important is sent to me.

Very bad service. My mail is lost all the time. I call, I can't get ahold of someone. I email the general USPS, no response, and no solution to my problem.

This is the WORST post office they don't answer they're phone, things are always saying they're delivered but NEVER are, customer service ? Terrible they could care less. I try to avoid this post office as much as possible they need to do better

Horrible horrible service. Mailman has left my packages MULTIPLE TIMES outside my apartment complex and my goods got stolen once. I went in to talk to the supervisor waiting for like 15 minutes with the exception that she is finishing up a quick project only to be told she's in a meeting and won't get to me today. Inconvenient. Secondly I left my number to the supervisor for the issue to be resolved , I never received a call nor voice mail. This is the worst post office ever. I now have to leave notes whenever I expect a package which is totally unnecessary. Any logical person would know to NOT leave a package outside an apartment hallway, especially since I have a leasing office, why don't they ever leave it with them!!!! I absolutely despise this post office and it's workers. They do not care about grear customer service. I would give 0 stars if I can.

2/22/16,,,,,My neighbors mail was delivered today to me, so I went next door to put it it their box like so many times recently. The mail in their box was from all over the neighborhood... I approached the delivery lady and informed her of this, and was told I was harassing her??? Took a picture of her truck number and called the local office. Was told I would get a call back in 10 minutes and its been 3 hrs, and no one is picking up at that number when calling back during normal business hours....I have 5 pieces of mail, for my next door friends and most are of importance! Wondering where my mail is?????

Our mail women or mail men is putting my mail in other buildings and other mail box for a few months already. A person left my FPL, ins letters in a different appt . I had a cut off notice n I have ashma I need electric. Also papers for car inswent to a different building and I was billed $98.99 twice because I didn't get my mail. Now checks expected never came .???... please help what's going on. My neighbors are in the same situation. Help!!!!!! The moronic mail carriers are placing my mail inside the box of other residents. My address including my unit number is always written on my bills obviously, yet I seem to be having trouble getting my bill. Other people are getting important bills, opening them up, keeping them for days before giving them to me, and as a result, I find myself paying late fees. I am someone who refuses to pay my bills late, because I don't want to have late charge issues, and don't want to be that payment person. I have extremely good credit rating, and don't want to fall in the category of paying late. Today I was handed my Comcast bill from a resident I don't know only by passing. She opened my bill, mind you it's not her name on the bill, taped it up, and kept it in her house for about a month, and just handed it to me today. Now I have incurred late charges, and will be slated in the late payment category. . My car payment, and credit card was also placed in other people's box.

Terrible service!!! I was standing in line for 45 minutes just to pick up a certified envelope. Only ONE person helping while more than 30 people were standing in line. Very disorganized and outdated!! They could not find my envelope (which they had attempted to deliver the day before, but no one was home). The lady was inside for about 15 minutes JUST to find my envelope, while all these people were waiting in line. The persons who came for the self-service had to cut through the line. I believe they haven't change the system since the 80's. It is hard to believe that a post office has such a horrific service!!! I hope I never have to go there again!

I called this morning, I believe it was Ms. Corrida I spoke to concerning an important document I shipped from NY to Fl. The tracking stated, they attempt to deliver it but no one was there to receive the certified mail. I visited the office but they could not find the package. Ms. Corrida said she would return my 8 am call. I tried calling about 20 times. No answer.

Please be advised that the postal box in building 6 - 9151 Lime Bay Blvd, Tamarac. This is the box that the postal carrier would open to put in mail this complaint was from Monday August 10, 2009. Postal representative said they would send a maintenance out to repair. No follow up, no repair. I have called again this morning and awaiting a response. This box is not the associations we cannot change the lock on this, if it is the door then the postal service should alert the association and let us know which also has not been done. This is considered to be poor service with no follow up.
