The location is convenient super close to USPS, saw grass mall, super markets, food courts and a hospital less than 3 mins away (University Medical Center). The neighbors are quiet and the buildings are kept clean by the maintenance staff.

I have lived here for over a decade among condo nazis with too much time on their hands, who hate animals and enjoy making life miserable for those who they accuse of violating the most meaningless rules. Recently they've been complaining that I installed a ramp for an electric wheelchair on my doorstep, something I had to do out of medical necessity. In addition to that, for the past several years I have had to endure a woman from hell, an extremely unhappy and miserable person who will fabricate any reason to start trouble and has threatened me with violence and has also assaulted me on numerous occasions, and the association has done nothing more than to send her a letter. I feel bad for new owners who constantly put up with all kinds of abuse, which I have witnessed. There are good condos and bad condos and that’s up to interpretation and personal experience. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to consider moving here. That pretty much sums up my interpretation and personal experience.
