Best damn Clinic in the Country, waiting time is a thing of the past. In & Out is there motto. Doctors & Nurses are so professional is ridiculous. Was sent to the Miami Hospital last we for an emergency and waited 7 hours and walked out.

Very disappointing. Can't talk to a live person. Delayed medical care of his heart was so delayed and ignored until he went on his own insurance. This may have contributed to his slow recovery. They call about an appointment scheduled this week and he is still in rehab!
We have yet to get proper documentation of diagnosis's if there are any.

The people working and "I say that very lightly" need to be put in the street head first. Why would it take 8 months to get a ID card? They cannot tell me either or have any desire to resolve it. They purposely mismanage their phone calls and daily business while seeking praise for all their hard work. Tamarac VA you can go to hell! Semper Fi!

Were is the copassion for the people who defended your right to even exist the life that you do in this country ? They need to fire every sigle piece of crap that works in this office, the operator was rude , they patch you through to whom ever they are going to patch you to and the phone rings for two hours with no answer . then you call back and the operater gives you a crap load of grief for disturbing his day , for crying out loud its his friggin job so be polite at least , the Gonernment truly has tossed it's former soldiers aside and in a closet. Shame on everyone of you who work at this facility.

why dose the VA allow the pharm window talk at the vets like she dose. She dosn't belong there acting like that.

IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE APPOINTMENT,35 MINUTE WAIT,25 MINUTE WAIT.BACK HOME LONG ISLAND THEY TELL YOU HOW MANY PEOPLE BEFORE YOU.OTHER VETS TOLD ME SAME.AS OF NOW I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET THROUGH???

There is no excuse on this earth for the hold time and lack of concern for Veterans. Vote for Ron Paul. Resolution will be closer with a realist who cares for man kind!

Don't even try to make an appointment by phone. Go in person if possable. I was on hold for 20+ minutes until the put me through to my Dr. and the phone rang for 15 more minutes with no answer. Tried 35 minutes again but no answer so I went to lunch. Called again and was on hold from 1210 to 1350 with nobody answering the phone. Now at 1350 a woman answers and takes my name and last 4 and puts me through to Dr Alapada's office phone. After 16 rings a very angry sounding woman named "Paula" answers then tells me to wait.......... 5 minutes later she answers and tells me they are not taking appointments today that the computers are down. THEY CAN'T TAKE APPOINTMENTS BY WRITING IT DOWN ON A CALANDER? So i said i will call back next week... The VA is not a benefit to me I have to pay the same copay as my regular doctor and the same with meds.. They say it's all about the Vets, don't you believe it. Nobody or orginization cares about vets unless it's making them money.....
