Angel Property Management

I am an absentee owner of 8 rental properties in South Florida. As long as I can remember I have spent much of my energy and time trying to manage these 'headaches' myself. A few months ago, I decided to hand this huge responsibility over to Angel Property management. The transition was seamless. When they took over this responsibility two of our tenants were delinquent. Angel Property Management was able to collect close to $3000 in delinquent rent with in the first month of management. There have been several maintenance issues that have occurred at the properties and Angel Property Management handled them without any hiccups or problems. My tenants have also said that they are pleased with their attentiveness. So far, I couldn't be happier with the decision that I made.
