We are sorry to hear that you have not been satisfied. If you are referring to the comment listed in 8/8/2011, that was when it was managed by Stacey Matlock. This seems to be a review from someone who we have recently had to evict because of criminal activity at Stadium Apartments. We have always treated individuals with the utmost respect, but we do not tolerate any criminal activity at any of Pop's Properties. You can see our positive reviews on our facebook page and talk with anyone in Tahlequah who knows the management of NorthBrook. They will tell you that the management does an excellent job of taking care of the tenants and makes sure the apartments are in excellent condition. They are quick to respond to maintenance issues. And they ALWAYS answer their phones. If they are on the other line, they will call you back very quickly.

Thank you for your review, but I have to disagree. The property is under new management as of December 2012. We try our best to respond promptly and quickly to any maintenance issues, as soon as they are reported. We are doing many things to make sure our tenants feel safe and are treated professionally and courteously. Everyone who tours our apartments tells us that our apartments are larger than any apartments in the Tahlequah area. I'm not sure why you said they were small. We are committed to making Northbrook Apartments the best apartments complex in Tahlequah.
