Our agency's mission statement " is to provide the highest quality of care possible to each and every client we serve, and to provide services which meet the specific needs of the client, thereby enhancing the lives and abilities of the client." Our agency has been providing services to families since 1988. Eastern Oklahoma Adoptions is an Oklahoma licensed child placing agency. We provide services to pregnant women, birth mothers, and adoptive parents. We facilitate all services necessary for completing an adoption. - Other Services as Needed Brenda Mathews, MSW, Adoption Programs Director, has more than thirty-two years experience in the adoption field; including seventeen years of Child Welfare Services with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. Brenda and her husband Ed have ten children, six of whom are adopted. Brenda and Ed's family is a multi-cultural family with extensive experience in special needs adoption.
