        Your costumer service lady is extremely rude and rushes people. You should consider having friendly people operate your phones.

        If you are a woman, go elsewhere. Craig with Geico will not take care of the repairs. David the manager will not return phone calls of concerns. They are quick to take your money/insurance money but do not stand by the repairs. They will not provide receipts or condition of parts nor give you the parts off your car they replaced. Repairs are not complete and they try to send you out the door and then claim that the issue was not caused by accident. Disappointing in the dishonesty of Craig and Geico.
