Never use them! Why cant we give NEGATIVE stars? I used these guys once then called them a few years later for another leaky pipe. They knew I used them before so they got the work started and preyed on my good faith, then after they were totally involved in the work they kept changing the estimate, and boosted the price to double what was fair, and double what they charged last time. And the 10% repeat customer discount they promise? Fat chance - they jack your price higher, not lower, then say your discount was already included! Then they gave me the runaround for over 5 weeks and still never gave me the paperwork they'd promised to help me process my insurance claims. When their supervisors don't keep their word, they wont let you escalate or talk to the owner and they wont give out their name. So I will. The owner of the chain is Tyson Andrew Southworth (his wife Katie pretends to be an owner when answering negative comments on yelp but she isn't legally part of it) in case you are trying to run them down or talk to their insurance and bond company.

I called checkered flag plumbing when my shower was clogged. I was so happy when they got someone to my house that day. It was as much as the nice girl quoted me over the phone. I am very satisfied with them.. I would definitely recommend checkered flag!

One morning I woke up and everything was backing up in my house. I knew something major was going on. So I had checkered flag come out to my house and they told me I needed a trenchless. At first I was scared because I thought it would cost me a fortune.... They gave me a good price so I told them to go ahead and do it.
