I had my vehicle towed by this company. They also had to end up fixing my battery and alternator. When I picked up my vehicle it reeked of cigarette smoke terribly! Which is completely unprofessional, careless, disgusting, and damaged the fabric in my car. Cigarette smoke is hard and impossible to get out of fabric! Then a month later, I'm driving over the MLK bridge and my power steering went out. I had I looked at and fixed by a reputable auto repair place. They told me the alternator belt was not put on correctly. That the belt was not placed inside the groves correctly and the belt came off, was shredded, and stuck in many places under my hood (as you can imagine). Anyway, that is what caused my power steering to go out. I went up to Richland, told them my story, expecting an apology and/or refund and/or any type of relief for THEIR mistake and they basically kicked me out. First when I asked the receptionist lady to speak to a manager, she stuttered and said she was. When I questioned her she said that they all are managers there. There was a man standing behind her and confirmed that "apparently" they are all managers there. Which is hard for me to believe! So, when I showed him my receipt which stated exactly what the problem was they said they aren't going to do anything about that and that I could leave. I argued and said you guys put the belt on wrong when replacing my alternator, I want some sort of refund due to YOUR mistake. She said no, throwing the paper receipt towards me, and walked away! Absolutely NO customer service skills, NO automobile repair education, and unprofessional, ignorant employees.
