North Atlanta Dermatology

Due to the lack of competence and RESPECT I will NEVER return to North Atlanta Dermatology! These people dropped the ball when it came to billing and deemed it necessary to call me at work a week after my NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT and try to make me feel as though it was some fault of mine. The office manager
(shot out to ELAINE) WAS RUDE AND BELLIGERENT and has no business being the face of a professional practice. I called her directly in hope of resolving an issue and she SCREAMED AND HOLLERD like she was at home on her couch yelling at one of her kids. Her lack of PROFESSIONALISM cost them 2 New patients AND the $85.00 they were trying to squeeze out of me. Have posted my experience on every site allowed, contacted the Better Business Bureau, Complaints Department, Attorney General, and anyone else who will hear me. Have been waiting on a call from Anjana Patel (Physician's Assistant) regarding my experience, and have YET to hear back from her. It's a shame because my provider (Dr. Sabini) was pretty good. They need to clean house when it comes to the front office staff (don't expect to get greeted at your appointment) and Elaine needs to be in a strait jacket. NEGATIVE 10 STARS.

Very disappointed with them. After I am done paying my bill with them, I will not return to them. I went in to get a mole removed and the doctor said it looked more like a wart than it did a mole so she wasn't going to charge me a cosmetic fee. I knew she was going to be sending it off to get it tested what I didn't know was that their office was also going to charge me for a biopsy skin lesion. I knew the lab they sent the mole too was but had no idea they were. Anyways, I did like them until I knew I owed them more money than Intended on giving them.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS PROPERLY AND ALL OF THE OFFICE STAFF WAS AWESOME I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE!!
