NAPA Auto Parts

I came to Tim with a order for some specific and somewhat rare suspension parts. He was able to locate the correct parts in the catalog and had all of them in stock. I called Tim 15 minutes before he closed to say that I was in traffic but would be there a couple of minutes before they closed. He said they'd wait for me. When I got to the store, Tim had all the parts laid out on the counter and was able to show that the pieces were all compatible with each other. By the time I finished loading up my truck it was 20 minutes after closing, but Tim was in no rush at all. He was more interested in making sure there was a satisfied customer and that the order was filled correctly. For this, I'm taking the time to go on YP and return the favor by giving this store a 5 star review!
