They never took out the required permits for a boiler replacement. Also never registered extended warrantee w. manufacturer who now refuses to honor it.



An unbelievably unprofessional and irresponsible response to these problems. I have a record of over 20 attempted contacts since and no final resolution.



I also learned that some problems I have had with the system over the years are due to some poor installation choices and quality of work.



I would highly recommend against hiring them for any job.

The first time I called Becker Heating & Air Conditioning was 3 years ago when I first bought my condo. The air wasn't working too well, and I thought I was going to have to buy a new central air unit. The appointment was quick, efficient, and best of all; cost effective. A new unit was not needed, just some maintenance and a slight recharge.



Flash forward 3 years later and I'm in the same situation. I called Becker Heating & Air Conditioning again, despite the bad reviews I saw online. Once again I was pleasantly surprised by another quick, efficient, and cost effective appointment. Maintenance and a slight recharge were needed.



I am an honest person and Becker Heating & Air Conditioning is an honest business. I appreciate that. I asked about replacing the unit with a new, high efficiency unit. The cost savings were laid out to me for my energy bill and compared to the investment cost of installing one of these units. The cost savings do not out way the investment cost and you would only get this from an honest person that is not trying to sell you something unnecessarily. Additionally, I asked about repairing the possible leak. The cost to repair was compared to the cost of maintenance every few years, and once again I was pleasantly surprised. It's less expensive to perform maintenance than to fix something that only has so much life expectancy left. Again, an honest answer by someone who knows and cares about your situation.



Overall I am thoroughly satisfied with my experiences with Becker Heating & Air Conditioning. They are dependable, honest, affordable, knowledgable, and responsive. I would recommend them to any friends or family members and plan to continue to use them for all of my future HVAC needs.
