Tnt Car Wash

WOW!!!!! I just had my scion frs detailed and I couldn't believe the attention to detail and beauty of the work that was done . If you want quality work ask for this real kind gentleman named Alex. When he promised me a good job I, at first, didn't believe him (I've had awful work done in the past with broken promises from other places) I am soo happy with the work they did under Alex's supervision. I FEEL LIKE I JUST BOUGHT A NEW CAR. Thank you Alex and Surprise TNT car wash for keeping your word. ��������������������

THIS IS A WONDERFUL PLACE PLEASE GO AND WASH YOUR CAR THERE I WILL RECOMMENED THIS PLACE TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND THE DETAIL TEAM ARE GREAT WONDERFUL YOU CALL IT JUST GO AND SEE FOR YOURSELF

I took my 1992 toyota celica gt convertible for a full service wash as a prelude to putting it on the market for sale on 10/19/08



The back window was in good condition aside from a 3' area where the stitching was separating. When my vehicle came out of the car wash and went thru the line of "manual wipers" the back window was completely torn all across the top of the window...................



THE BACK WINDOW HAD BEEN TORN ALL ACROSS THE TOP OF THE WINDOW BY THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS CAR WASH.



When I spoke with the owner, Rodney, he claimed that it wasn't his responsibility. He vehemently denied any responsibility for this obvious negligence on his employee's part. He refused to do anything about it. When I stated that I would be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau...........he said, IT WOULDN'T BE THE FIRST TIME!!! Yikes!



On top of all of this the FULL SERVICE WASH THEY WERE TO PERFORM HAD NOT BEEN DONE........CAR WAS FILTHY INSIDE AND OUT.



I would not recommend this car wash, there are many other good ones in the area, just do a yellow page search...................BUT DON'T GO TO THIS ONE IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR CAR DAMAGED.
