Dealing with these guys was the worst experience of any kind of transaction I have ever made in my life. While traveling across the country I had the misfortune of having a transmission issue and took my car here. I was told I needed a rebuild and it would take 3 days maximum. After 5 days I got a call on a Friday a few minutes before closing time so I couldn't pick it up when anyone was there. They told me they test drove it and it was ready to pick up. The transmission immediately made a horrible sound, after 50 miles I had to turn around and come back. I had to ship my car across the country, ended up buying a used transmission for 1/3 of the price I paid for the rebuild and had the dealer install it. I still have the souvenir of a useless transmission rebuilt by these guys in my garage. I have never complained online about any other transaction. Be warned, especially if you are from out of town.

First, I would like to start out saying it's hard to trust automotive shops. I brought my 2003 trailblazer with 97,000 miles to this shop, because I needed to have my transmission rebuilt. This company rebuilt my transmission and I thought okay I'm good now. I was out of town so my son picked my car up. He calls and tells me my vehicle is vibrating really bad. I get home Saturday evening, and drives my car. It is vibrating really bad. Bright and early Monday morning I call the shop. I was told to bring it back in, so I did. I get a call and was told I needed two motor mounts. Here were I have a problem, first of all u tell me trained mechanic's didn't noticed my vehicle vibrating when they test drove it once the transmission was rebuilt. Secondly my vehicle was vibrating at all when I dropped it off.... NOW I AM UPSET THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS. I will never recommend this shop to anyone. NEVER!!!!! $2900.. Always get a second or even third opinion.

These guys do a great work and with reasonably priced with a fantastic warranty. They have gained my family auto repair for life.

Repair took longer than expected, However the General Manager took ownership of my car situation and got everything repaired in a timely manner.

All repairs are completed timely. I've never had to bring a vehicle back because the repair was not correct or a new leak or other issue began. I appreciate honest and professional service.

They never sell me anything I don't need and have fairly reasonable costs. Don't mind paying a reasonable cost for service needed; however, do not like to pay for services that are not needed.

It's always nice to deal with people who care about your car and do not take advantage of people. I've enjoyed coming to AAMCO for years. They have kept my cars running.

Ok never ever in my life did I think I would be giving an auto mechanic 5 stars! I have had bad experiences since I got my 1st car in 97. The guys at AAMCO are super honest, provide status updates on what work they have done, when they expect to finish. They are always thorough and very reasonably priced.
