Spinnaker Surf Shop

I went in looking to surfboard unsure of what I was looking for as a first time buyer. The man working was extremely helpful and asked me all sorts of questions to find the perfect fit. I’ve been surfing lots over the past weeks and am very happy with my new board.

They do not go by the motto " the customer is always right" I have a pair of boys shorts my son can not wear due to a defect. When bringing it to their attention they said in their words " they aren't sure when or how it happened" they will not take them back and said "to call the Volcum company". So I did call, they were more than glad to help me and very upset that a store selling their merchandise was not willing to resolve the issue themselves. This was after my mom was lead to believe she was buying boys shorts to find out after purchasing them and her grandson trying them on later were way to big beacuse they were mens. They would not give her, her money back but offered a store credit. After being lead to believe they carried boys shorts and don't, she didn't want a store credit she needed shorts for him to wear. So they left after exchanging them for the defective pair, not knowing they were at the time, so he would have something to wear. Now I have a pair of new with tag on shorts my son cannot wear.
