Courtesy Cab Inc

I've used Courtesy Cab several times during the past year, primarily to and from Happy Tails Vet Clinic because they have no problem with helping me transport my dog or cat for medical care. They are always friendly, prompt, and reasonably priced. It's a wonderful cab service for non-drivers who sometimes need to transport a companion animal!

These guys are great, they pick me up,from my work place, home and bring me back to work all the time. Sometime they don't give me a conversation at all but after work at a daycare I'm actually ok with that. I get to plan a to b. They are always on time I will,continue to use them.

Never had problems. But seriously if your in a cab and going to use a cab service you have to have cash on hand. It makes you sound dumb when you say you only carry plastic. If I was a driver I'd be pd off to. Common have some common sense people. Least until they make plastic acceptable in taxis

Well, since no one has spoken positively here, I think its about time. I had a pleasurable experience. Granted, it probably wasnt peak hours on a mid-Sunday morning (left my car at a ramp, because I imbibed too much the night before). Service was prompt. The gentleman I had was friendly and knowledgeable and willing to keep a conversation going. Just be sure to bring cash! He let me get some cash out, though, at a nearby atm. I will use their service again from Superior to Duluth, should I ever have the need!

Called for a cab at a house and they told me a 30 minute wait. Was ok with that time and gave them my address and he flat out and old me he won't pick up people from homes and they are more concerned picking up from bars and wouldn't put me on the wait list knowing I was at a home address. Never will give this company my money ever again.

Called this cab from the hotel I was staying at. Was told 10mn, called back after 25mn dispatcher got rude and said "I told you 30mn".I needed to catch my flight so I thought it would be safer to wait 5 more mn then chance calling another company. Well after waiting another 15mn, still no cab. I called again and was hung up on! Needless to say I missed my flight. I strongly recommend using another cab service while in superior. Could not be more angry!

very rude drivers especially the women I used their taxi services a lot of times because my car was in the shop and I hated it! The lady yelled at me because I didnt have cash I only carried a card and she was missing teeth and dirty looking I would not reccomend this cab for anyone

Seem to cost much more with them. Phones won't get answered in weekend nights leaving you stranded
