Good stylist and well equipped beauty salon, I have gone a couple of times. On thing though I wonẗ ever go back. Wendy is very moody. She is not pleasant.

I have been coming to this salon for years once a week and I am so in love with the service that I will drive 45 min once a week to have Wendy do my hair. I have never experienced anything less than top notch service. I have recommended and will continue to recommend friends and family to Wendy so that the can experience her knowledge and expertise.

STAY AWAY FROM SILOUETTE SALON BY WENDY!!!!!! I WAS WARNED AND DID NOT LISTEN. IT IS TRUE THAT THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE ABUSIVE AND RUDE. I WAS PHYSICALLY AND VERBALLY ABUSED BY WenDY AND HER STAFF. THEY DO NOT SPEND TIME TO TREAT AND CARE FOR YOUR HAIR. WENDY SCRATCHED UP MY HEAD AND NECK WITH HER NAILS. WENDY WASHED MY HAIR WITH SHARP EDGED RINGS ON HER FINGERS AND TORE OFF ALOT OF MY HAIR. WHEN I TOLD HER MY HAIR WAS BREAKING SHE RESPONDED TO ME RUDE INFRONT OF CUSTOMERS. WENDY AND ANOHTER STAFF MEMBER WASHED MY HAIR VERY ROUGH AND TORE OUT ALOT OF MY HAIR. THEY WASHED MY HAIR SO HARD THAT MY NECK WAS SEVERELY HURTING AND GOT RED AND I HAD TO TAKE PAIN KILLERS. THIS STU PID WENDY DOES NOT LISTEN TO HER CUSTOMERS. SHE TELLS YOU TO HURRY UP AFTER 3 SECONDS OF YOU TRYING TOTELL HER ABOUT YOUR HAIR AND HOW YOU WANT IT. I CONTACTED THE POLICE AND THE LISENCING DEPT FOR HAIR SALONS AT MYFLORIDA.GOV. IF YOU ARE A VICTIM OF ABUSE FROM THIS PLACE REPORT IT ASAP.
