Ruby Tuesday

Always a better option then Cheddars down the street.Cheddars is crap with crap service. Ruby Tuesdays is great, nice employees with good food.

I great deal of dirt became visible while eating my second helping of salad bar. I immediately showed the waiter who then took it to the manager on duty. I found it very disappointing that he simply went and visually observed the salad bar and then came and said to me "that he didn't notice any unclean vegetables". I then suggested that he should remove/replace the containers I made my salad with because obviously one of them was dirty. He "told me that the containers are changed every 4 hours so he was going to wait for the next scheduled change" When I stated I would like my money back or a credit for the salad bar portion of the bill, he told me that wouldn't be possible because I already paid. The only rectification he was able to provide was a voucher for 1 free meal apon my return. However, I will not be returning to eat a second helping of dirt again because that manager made it quite clear that the Lauderhill franchise doesn't take cleanliness or evidence of lack there of serious at all.

I love this restaurant alot. It is my number one restaurant. I love their baby back ribs, it is always fresh when I order them. I also love the menu presentation there are so many things to pick from.
