All Fencing And Repair

I spoke to Vitto. He is nasty. He yelled at me and told me I should have filed the permit myself. Every time I tried to speak he interrupted me. Very unprofessional. I gave them my deposit and they told me my project was in for permitting. I called the City 2 weeks later and the City does not have any information on my project. They did not file the permit yet!!

I agree with all the negative reviews written. Sounds similar to my experience with this company. They are dishinest and buklt a horrible fence not in agreeance with our signed contract. We've had to have our fence looked at by someone else to fix. Furthermore, the owners Vitto & Mary were never available to speak to about our problems. I'm not sure I trust the reviews that noted they spoke to them. They don't talk with you, but instead let you deal with workers who all give you the run around. We Don't recommend this company to anyone. Read reviews on different sites about them.

I was impressed when they showed up with their laptops and pictures for the estimate. Charles, their sales guy told me he will personally take care of every thing and he delivered. My job was not a big job but they sent 3 people for it. They finished the whole job in 2 days. I called Vito, the owner, after the job was done and told him I will refer him to all my friends and families.

Good job done guys.

The woman I spoke to, Mary, was very helpful with letting me know what to expect and how long every process takes. The job took 2 days, they showed up on time, and were extremely efficient. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

As I promised I am placing a review for you. Overall the quality of work was satisfactory. The Rain did not help us in keeping up with our original schedule, which than messed up my schedule after my vacation was over, but of course that has nothing to do with the quality of work performed by your employees. They were understanding as I have mentioned when the project started, that I wanted to be around to see the work getting done. Just some crazy me. I know you will know who I am.

I had a chain link fence installed at my house and my a repair done in my aunt's house gate. We were both very happy with the quality of their work. It’s good to find honest people once in a while, other companies we called wanted my aunt to replace the whole fence. I am also very happy we found you guys. If anyone needs a fence I will be sure to send it to you. THANKS!!!

not a bad company. very comparable to others. my fence got done in a timely manner and they did what they said they would do.

Thank you for helping us deciding what was the best fence for our property. We were really at loss. We though about wood first, but we are very happy with the choice of your composite fences. Good the storm didn't come our way so you guys were able to finish just in time for our family reunion. The yard looks awesome now.

At first I liked this company-nice salesman, seemed to know their stuff. Then, after they installed my fence wrong I caught them in a lie about codes. They told me the gate must open out and we would fail inspection if they did it the way that we agreed on (and that was submitted on the permit). After speaking with inspectors, two other companies and researching on my own I found that it doesn't matter which way the gate swings, unless you have a pool (which we do not). I confronted them, and only then did they decide to change it. Also our bill was over what they had quoted us. Now the fence is done, and though I am happy with it, I would not recommend this company just based on the fact that it took over a month to complete the entire process, the customer service was terrible and I was lied to and if I didn't pick up on it would have been taken advantage of.

Horrible Customer Service, Everyone i spoke to at the Company lies and tells different stories from the next person. Took almost 2 months for my fence to get done, due to the fact the installer had a different excuse everyday he had to come to work. Vitto the owner wouldnt even speak to me, Not a good way to run a buisness. Not wanting to get involved with a customer having a problem. Just be aware & prepaired for problems. The fence did come out good i am happy with that, But from a buisness stand point no good customer service. Had 3 neighbors ready to do work with them & now they have choosen to go a different route because they saw the hassle i went through from start to finsh. To bad i dont have enough space to write the whole BS experience down. Really dont deserve a star but there are no negative starts!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sitting in my backyard finally enjoyng a mojito!!! This company is amazing. I read the other post and can't believe what was said about them. Believe me my dad was a G.C and this company lives up to their ethics. What a plesure to work with from a company that answeres their phone to the guys that install the fence. THANK YOU VITO AND TEAM.

GREAT COMPANY!!!! VERY RELIABLE AN PROFESIONAL. THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE AND FINISHED THE JOB ON-TIME. THEY TREATED ME WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE AND WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THEM.

I called the first 3 fence companies I saw advertised and not one responded with a person. Finally I called ALL FENCING AND REPAIR. A real person answered. She was very cordial and informative. I made an appointment and was able to be seen promptly. When the estimator showed up he WAS ON TIME!!!:) Everything from start to finish went smoothly. I would highly recommend them.
