Greenforest Termite & Pest Control

We recently moved to The Lodge at Main apartment complex in Euless, Tx. It has been a little over two weeks. The first week there was an infestation of unexplainable flies. I reported this to the complex and were informed by the pest control company that nothing could be done. Shortly after my two children and I began waking up with bites. At first I thought mosquitos. Nevertheless, the bites got worse and I had to take both my children to the hospital.



Once again I contacted the apartment office. Someone came out the next day. This "inspector" was called out to look for bed bug signs. He swiftly went through the apartment. He was not prepared and did not look in every room.



The next day I called the complex hysterical because I found a bed bug crawling on the floor. They told me the inspector stated ikt was not bed bugs. I took pictures of the bug. I began doing research of my own. Now that I am more informed, I know what to look for. Blood specs/spots are all over the apartment walls. This inspector said it was paint.



The complex tokd us we have to wait 5 days for greenforest to come out and fumigate, late Tuesday!



I have gone to the news, hired an attorney because everyday we wake up with bites and nothing on there end is being done fast enough. The worse thing is that I tried breaking lease and they wanted to charge over $2000.
