Arrowhead Pediatrics

If I could give them negative stars I would! I've been taking my kids here since 2007, but will not be any longer!! They have owed me money since June and every time I call about it they give me some stupid excuse as to why they haven't paid me yet. Then they try to get me to pay for my sons visit when because of the insurance my son has they legally can't. The front office staff are the rudest people I have ever met! They talk down to you, make smart comments, and act like your a nuisance. I use to love Dr. Hoff (not there anymore) and Dr. Secaur, but lately even they have been horrible to deal with! My advice to anyone looking for a pediatrician RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!

I have only been to the other location in Glendale but after moving to Litchfield Park were are going to try this location for a couple of reasons #1) its closer to our home #2) because my husband and I were really pleased with the service our family has received from the Glendale location #3) they are always able to get us in rather quickly #4) we don't want to switch to another practice and start all over again to find doctors we are comfortable with and trust with our daughter. The only things i do not like about the Glendale location is that we never see the same doctor at each visit which makes it hard to build that doctor patient relationship, the wait to see the doctor is relatively long at times and last but not least they never call to remind you about your visit which i really do enjoy because if you are a parent you can relate it is kinda hard to remember such easy things as a doctors appointment so a reminder is nice to have. So were expecting the service we receive at the Glendale location. So wish us the best and i will be back tomorrow to comment.
