I bought a new car and needed my wife's wheelchair lift (which we purchased from THEM) wired into the new car. They did the installation as they said that they would and when I went to pick it up I asked to see it in operation. They put it through it's motions but I noticed one wire that used to be connected that was left hanging. They said that it was the license plate light. I inquired as to why it was not connected. They said that due to liability issues they do not connect license plate lights. I said so if I had not noticed that wire then tonight after dark as I am driving down the Interstate I will get pulled over by law enforcement and get a $250 ticket and you are OK with that? Why would you knowingly send customers out of your store in a situation like that. They recommended a trailer lighting shop close by that I could take it to in order to have the wire connected. I had an absolute fit right there in their store and I was not the least bit shameful. All for $160!!!
