        Overall

        Absolutely horrible experience with this company. Ordered (2) replacement turfs for trutrac sensor and the description on their website says "Meets exact factory specifications" but when I received these, they didn't come close to fitting. Completely out of square, sensor holes didn't line up, and the mats were roughly 1/2" thicker than "factory specifications". After having to convince the salesman that these were junk, he told me that he would send 1 out immediately, and he would "keep me updated" on the other one. The only correspondence that we had for the next 3 weeks was either me emailing him, or having to call and find out where the replacements were. I finally received them, but I assure you I will never do business with this company again. Horrible product and even worse customer support!!!
