441 Urgent Care Center

I must say I was very impressed with the physician at this Urgent Care, Dr Adam Santos.
He understood the symptoms I have been experiencing with my cough and agreed on a treatment regimen that worked for me prescribed by another physician out of state back in March. He added Zithromax. pulled up the possible conditions that might cause my cough on the computer and explained this all to me thoroughly.

I would highly recommend this Urgent Care facility and Dr Santos! Thank you Dr Santos!

Be aware! The hours of operation posted here are miserably outdated. Another review site said they were open until midnight? YP says 10pm. I call the listed phone number to verify- it also says the Summerfield office was open daily until 10pm. I drove with an injured finger, all the way over there and arrived at 8:05 pm. There was not a single car in the parking lot. In the window was a signed that said, "Our hours have changed as of March 1. We now close at 8pm. " Note: IT IS NOW MAY!!!!



If this is any sign of their ability to communicate, or their concern for providing proper care for their patients, I am deeply disappointed.

So glad I didn't read all the negative comments . We have used this facility several times in the last few months and been completely pleased . We have found them to be professional , courteous , prompt . ... we live within golf cart range so it's very convenient .

I went into their office on a Friday after a fall where I hit my head. The PA I saw didn't even let me finish the paperwork and then looked at me for about 2 minutes. His digonsis was I had a sinus infection. I told him I wanted an xray or CT scan done. He sent me to The Villages hospital for the imaging. The hospital said they would call if there was anything serious. I never heard from them so I called 441 urgent care for the results of the imaging. I was informed that I had to come in to get the results. I went to my Physican on Monday and they refused to send him the results. Just for your information I was an RN for over 20 years. I would not every go back there for anything.

While on vacation in February of 2015, 441 Urgent Care Ctr provided a service to me back on 03/05/2015. I thought my insurance had covered their bill until I received an invoice from them 10 months later. I immediately responded on Jan. 6, 2016, with a letter asking for clarification. Two months later I received their response. They did discount the invoice ever so slightly so we reluctantly paid it. We travel to Florida frequently but will never use their services again should the need arise.

I have been treated here for four years now. Today I came in for medical care and, while I was speaking with the medical director, the nurse, Adam Santos, who says he owns the place, grabbed me by the shoulders for no reason and started screaming at me. He continued to physically assault me and scream at me for about ten minutes. I called the Police, who informed me that if I pressed charges against Adam Santos, at 441 Urgent Care, he would have me arrested for trespassing. What kind of world is this?

I have used this urgent care center twice. The doctor barely looked at me. Each time he told me that I would have to return the next day to get my test results (at another fee). They did not fax the records to my doctor after repeated calls. They do have an xray machine - but no one to read the xrays. I will never go there again!
