We and our cat received immediate, comforting care (physically and emotionally) from the moment we arrived to the time we p/u our Kitty-Ah. It's like the staff reversed the declining physical drama of our cat's condition due to their professional actions. We felt they literally saved our cat's life(good thing Kitty-Ah has those '9 lives'!).Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Love Ya.

Our beloved dog,Zeke Diggs, was referred on an emergency basis. Drs. Medici and Hennessey did everything to save him, but were notable to. Their care and compassion have made this difficult time for us more bearable. They have answered our questions and have called us back when we had more questions. Dr. Medici was off the next day after Zeke's death, but called us upon her return to express her condolences. This gives us great comfort knowing he was so well cared for during his last hours of life.

My wife and I are most impressed and happy with the treatments and the successful surgery performed on our beloved poodle Max whose health has remarkably, if not miraculously improved. Now, we can look forward to more happy years with our beloved Max. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you very much Doctor Zimmerman and Doctor Douglas, you are the best. We also express our deep appreciation for your wonderful, kind and helpful staff.

Dr. Douglass and Fraulein Hidalgo were so compassionate and caring with my dog, Darby. I could not have asked for better care for him in his last hour of life. I would definitely reccommend them and the vet hospital to anyone.

My pet didn't make it due to critical heart failure and I had to let her go. I was heartbroken, but the staff has helped me so much. They are the nicest people I've ever met. I appreciate every one of them, especially the technician who directly cared for my pet. She's not only very professional but also kind and supportive. I'm glad I had her during that difficult time.

My sweet Lily got into rat poison Sunday night. We called ahead and told them we were on our way. They were ready for us, although we did have to wait a bit in the room. Dr. New explained everything to us and what the plan of treatment was. She decided to keep Lily overnight just as a precaution so she could watch her through the night. Dr. New was very caring and informative.

Of all my years of owning dogs, have I ever been in such a clean vet office. The staff was exceptional, in friendliness and in answering questions. As worried as I was about my dog, they made my appointment comfortable.

The medical staff were very professional and Pippin received exceptional care during his emergency surgery and subsequent aftercare.

The staff was excellent and very compassionate. They took care of my kitty while we were deciding what course of action to take. The doctor explained our options in detail but in words we could easily understand, even in our grief. After they euthanized my kitty, they wrapped her so respectfully in a little box to give to us. They handled her and us just perfectly.

This is the second time I've had to visit this clinic and I will not hesitate to return. The staff is always friendly and makes me and my pet feel welcome. I've never had to wait when I've visited either which is very important, especially at 7:00 on a week night. The staff always tells me what's going on with the process and best of all...they don't look at me like I'm crazy when I bring my dog in and explain the reason why.

My Yorkie had an attack of Pancreatitis (although I had no idea what was wrong with him when we arrived, just knew he was VERY sick) and I was extremely worried. Dr. Douglass and the receptionist/technician saw us immediately (at 3:30 in the morning), diagnosed his condition within about 30-40 minutes, eased his pain, and treated us with respect and concern. I would highly recommend Dr. Douglass and this facility to anyone I know. Thank you so much!

Thank you for saving our Foxy's life! Only downside was we didn't receive phone calls updating us on our pet's condition on 2 days - we called to check on her. We know you all are very busy though.

Dr. Zimmerman explained my dog's medical condition and the treatment options clearly and completely, and answered all of my questions, and also recommended the procedure she felt was most appropriate for the situation. The doctors, technicians and staff were all compassionate, courteous and professional at all times.

Brought my dog in after hours as an emergency. Staff was great and made me feel at ease. They took great care of my dog, and kept me well informed. I took my Great dane in for a surgery in his throat and he did great and ready to go home UNTIL a tech put a lease around his neck after throat surgery which led to his death!!!!!! After $3000.oo and the loss of my best friend I would defintly make the drive to Texas A&M for ANY SPECIALTY PROCEDURE!
