Sugar Land Laser Tattoo Removal

VERY disappointed. Was thrilled in the beginning at what Mitchell the owner had guaranteed me. I paid him $3600 for a total body removal package. At my 2nd session I was 5 minutes late. I drive over 45 minutes to come to him- and he had left already and told me he would come back after he went and had lunch. Fair enough- I guess. Third appointment- after he has treated my left arm he takes a phone call in the middle of my session. Five minutes later he says there is a new client here and would I mind stepping outside so he could treat her real quick. So I get up and go to the lobby- during my scheduled appointment- so he can treat a new person. After he's finished I go back to finish my treatment with a sick feeling in my stomach and I wish at that point I would have walked out. He finished my treatment and my right arm swelled up and turned purple. My hand was numb. I texted him a picture and he tells me it's normal. A few hours later I go to the ER and was admitted immediately with 2nd degree burns over 50% of my right extremity. The DR's that treated me told me that the operator of the machine used way too much energy. It was also disgustingly infected-possibly because he had me leave mid session to treat someone else? Sadly, it gets worse. My husband went out to talk to him and Mitchell, the owner, agreed to refund our money but asked for a month. 3 weeks in we texted him and he said "I'll have something for you at the beginning of next week." Now, he will not return messages. I am so disappointed as this man posed himself as a strong follower of Jesus and I really believed he would be my solution for removal. We will be taking this up with him in court. If you have a tiny tattoo-maybe this is the place but if you have anything of size I would NOT use Mitchell. My right arm is totally scarred.

I would recommend this business to anyone interested in removing their tattoo(s). Katie and Mitchell are very professional. I was adequately informed of what to expect at my first visit. All subsequent visits were quick and uneventful. The tattoo has faded very quickly and is looking great. Highly recommended!

First of all I wanted to say how pleased I was with every visit and my overall experience with Sugar Land Tattoo Removal. It was affordable, and each visit I saw that the tattoo was gradually disappearing. I had been haunted by a tattoo, and they made it possible to feel like I reversed time and never had the tattoo to begin with. Mitchell was friendly, made the visits comfortable, was flexible with appointment times, and made every aspect from beginning to end perfectly personalized for me. I don’t usually write reviews online, but I had to take the time to let anyone know who was possibly considering a tattoo removal, to definitely choose this location! My experience was great, so please take my word and ask for Mitchell or Katie.
