Sienna Cleaners

Terrible customer service. I recently bought a $120 dress shirt and dropped it off for cleaning. The Sienna Cleaners damaged the shirt and acknowledged the fact. They stated they would replace it. This was in early October and my wife kept stopping by asking about the shirt. They kept making excuses, and the last visit they stated they ordered the wrong size. I stopped in and spoke to the Mngr who stated they only will pay 10x the cleaning price, or $1.80! I run a retail business and never treat my customers like this. In America, you need to provide good and fair customer service....maybe these folks will figure that out after they lose more customers. The dry cleaners on Hwy 6 by Dairy Queen understand customer service.

Super nice people and they always do a great job! I changed from a really rude cleaners about a year ago and these folks are awesome!
