I took my wife for a facial today. I went to Petco while my wife was getting her facial done. Unfortunately my wife forgot to take her credit card with her and so once the facial was done she had to come and look for me in Randalls and then finally call me to ask me to come back for making the payment. It was 7.10 pm which was 10 minutes past their closing time. The lady was very rude to me and said "it was not nice" to keep her waiting. My wife is a regular customer and I certainly do wish she would have treated us more politely. I am in sales and do not mind staying back 10 minutes for ensuring I don't lose a customer. Poor customer service and more importantly bad attitude. I was infact wanting to buy a dress for my wife as well since they had some dress collections. Sorry, will go to another salon from next time - there are plenty of good or better ones close by.
