I am Dr. Rabbani and the clinic director for Image Medical Center. The customer 333 review which was posted on September 20, 2011 is clearly a blatant fabrication by a competitor. Firstly, prior to September 20, 2011 there was only one front desk receptionist and her name is Sue. Hence, she could not send instant messages to herself. Secondly, Sue is a very mature, responsible and professional. I am challenging any reader to contact our clinic and talk to Sue. It is amazing that some medical facilities, resort to this type of unethical and unprofessional conduct in order to elevate themselves, instead of spending some time and effort to improving their quality of their practice.
