Foundations At Edgewater Apartments

Don't even consider this place. The dumpster is ALWAYS full, and some of the residents don't even bother to put the trash IN the dumpster. There's constantly mud and water puddles around the property. The neighbors are completely rude and inconsiderate - one neighbor's teenage son destroyed a plant I had outside because he was too lazy to walk around the building and hopped over a bannister the plant was next to. The upstairs neighbor allowed their child to run around until at least 11pm. We went up there to talk with them and the mother's excuse is, "He's a kid. I'm trying." Guess what? I'm a mom too and my child is quieter than that buffalo rampage upstairs! Let's not talk about the bed bugs that were CRAWLING out of the electrical socket WHEN WE MOVED IN, because they then tried to blame that on ME and my belongings, which came from a house in which we had lived for several years without bed bugs. They couldn't even follow their own procedures when TREATING those bed bugs and getting their regional manager to help, DIDN'T. Our only sweet neighbor in that place got out of their lease before we did because there was MOLD in the walls. What did the leasing company do? Replaced the carpet, but ignored the STREAM of water coming out of the walls when their neighbor ran the shower. Katrin, like the other reviewer said, is HORRIBLE. She has the worst personality and would probably have a better career in trash maintenance than working with people. Then again, the dumpsters were always full. Getting back to the office staff, let's talk about how I told them my estranged ex-husband had been stalking me nd kidnapped my son. Yep, you guessed it, THEY GAVE HIM MY INFORMATION. You're not safe here. Oh, and I posted a review on here shortly after I had moved in, and they deleted that one as well. Which reminds me, if you check this place, be sure to check for the toilet tank lids to make sure they're not COVERED with mold and that the tank lids sit properly.
