Cru Day Spa

My massages and facials were always great. My problem was when I needed to cancel my membership they just simply never did. I had a 6 months membership and 10 months later I decided to cancel my account due to financial problems. I walked myself to their place to sign their cancellation papers at the end of July. They explained to me that they needed 30 days before it could be canceled which I understood. Well comes September and they charged me again, I called and spoke to their manager Nicole which is the same person I handed my cancellation papers to, she explained she did not know what had happened that she needed to speak to the owner Faydra (not sure how her name is spelled) and that she would call me back. Well a week went by and no call. I called back and left a message asking Nicole to call me back, and she simply never did. I called again yesterday spoke to a very nice young lady in the front desk, which I am pretty sure understood my frustration but there was nothing she could do. She did say that the director (not sure who it is) was there on a conference call that she would speak to her but I am guessing that my problem was not big enough for her to return my call. Anyway my account is still not canceled and they still charged me for the month of October. Two more months after I signed their cancellation papers, and that to me is just not respectable nor professional. To me this membership is a luxury and there is times when you can afford a luxury and there is times when you can't. Cru Day Spa should understand this. I did not break a contract, I just simply couldn't afford it anymore. My only last resort was to contact my bank directly to stop any further payments. I am a very unsatisfied customer. If you wonder if their services are good yes they are but don’t make contracts with them because apparently they won’t let you get out of them. Maybe after this review I will receive a phone call. When you walk into Cru', you automatically get a sense of calm from the bluish/gray tasteful decor. After check in, you are escorted to the waiting area where it is so relaxing with soft music & a cascading waterfall. I received a full body massage & it was my best massage yet. The lotion was warm. Towels were warm. Bed was comfortable & masseuse had just the right type of pressure for me (I had Anna) & I like medium to light pressure. The staff was very diverse & I loved that! I can't wait until my facial next month! Try Cru' & you will love it too!

The place was neat and clean. Everyone seemed professional and efficient. I received a great massage, and this is exactly what I expect from a massage service. I would recommend this spa for anyone who needs massage on a regular basis.
