Under new management that is horrible!



We got there at 12pm and bought our way onto the 3 hour tube ride. They told us there would be a 20-30 min wait. We waited for a while and 30 min later the bus arrived and they called our names. While we were waiting to load the bus, the driver came up to us and said "sorry, these other guys are in front of you and you'll have to wait for the next bus." So I went to the front desk and asked how long until the next bus? Another 20-30 min, and they weren't even sure about that. I asked if it was an issue of not enough tubes or not enough space on the bus, and the guy at the desk said it was a safety issue of not enough room on the bus. When the bus pulled out we saw a good 4-5 rows of seats empty, so the explanation there seemed kind of sketchy. After that each customer that requested to go tubing was turned away because "there weren't enough tubes to go tubing for the next 2-3 hours" which further made me think that the guy at the front desk was lying, there were enough seats on the bus, there just weren't enough tubes to go tubing. ALSO there was another small group of 3 guys that asked when they were going to get on the bus to go tubing (they were there ahead of us) and the front desk guy said they should have been included on the last bus but the driver forgot them!



We waited an hour total, and after the staff made us feel like we were inconveniencing them we asked for a refund. Skip this and find another water activity to do!
