Welcome To Bikram's Yoga College Of India Out In Encino, California!


I have actually heard of Bikram's Yoga College Of India since I moved to Los Angeles back in the early 1990's, but did Not know anything about Yoga at that time!

I actually have been taking some Yoga Classes recently and my good friend Jessica Dardarian apparently takes classes at this location and had recommended that I do a Promotion For Them since I am Very Good At Writing and Reviewing Businesses!

Well, Thankfully Today I had the opportunity to try out their
1.5 Hour Session Of Hot Yoga and Boy Was It Hot!

However, according to Christie William, the owner and one of many instructors of whom I had the opportunity to interview
told ME that the Heat Received During The Class Actually Helps To Remove Toxins From The Body...

I definitely learned something New!

Not Only That, but the Yoga Class is Quite Intense and I had the opportunity to do Yoga Moves that I have Never Done Before!

Some were easy and others were Not!

I am so glad that I had the Experience of being there and I am sure that if You Like Yoga then You Would Definitely Enjoy Participating at the Bikram's Yoga College Of India out in Encino, California!

This was my Second Class doing their 1.5 Hour Hot Yoga and it is Always A Nice Experience.

One thing which is good is the Fact that they have so many different Yoga Instructors such as "Sachie" and they All Offer So Many Different Techniques.

I will have to admit that "Sachie" is pretty tough, but she Aims To Get You Very Good Results!

I want to personally Thank "Sachie" for offering ME a very nice Yoga Class Earlier Today and for taking the time to do an Interview with ME for my Youtube Channel back on Tuesday, May 15, 2018.

If i could give a zero to the studio as an option i would, perhaps a negavitve 5 is more apropriate. Even the positive teachers that are there, dont seem to make up for my experience there.

I decided to leave the studio permanently after 2 years of comming after Mark, the tall gay instructor went out of his way to intentionally make me feel bad in class. He said in class "I have tried to be kind to you in class, and now im going to proceed to make you feel bad" and went on for 15 minutes adressing me and humiliating me in front of everyone in class. It doesnt bother me to be corrected, what bothered me is that he conciously wanted to make me feel bad, and it worked, for a week i was energetically drained and couldnt function. I was going to tell him after class, that he was too harsh and that he should try inspiring and encouraging instead of bashing and he spoke over me and dismissed it. After a week of that i decided not to go to his classes, i would sometimes check the calender as to not get exposed to somebody so ignorant about how to help people. One day i was walking to class and saw that he was going to teach and he saw me leave, and i heard from one of the students how he was gossiping about me in class about my behavior, wow, i was shocked that he was so unproffessional and ignorant, why is he sharing this with class, is he so unsure of himself that he has to proceed to humiliate me even more behind my back and make me even more uncomfortable when i do come class infront of all the students? He has very ignorant and unawakened ways of caring obviously, im still licking my wounds. If it doesnt bother you to be bashed verbally, then go, if your more energetically sensitive, dont support a studio that welcomes that behavior, the owner ted is somewhat this way aswell in his class.

I talked to ted for almost an hour over the phone and was very caring for what happened, but hes welcoming and accepting of that behavior saying that its ok that you are the creator of your emotions, Although you have controle over emotions, thats not the full truth, your life will be affected BY THE PEOPLE YOU SURROUND YOURSELF WITH, dont make the mistake of putting yourself in that vulnerable position, making people feel bad is not of god, feeling bad is a sigh of your emotions that something is not right. I feel sorry for anyone who takes that aproach, go to a studio that that has a gentler encouraging uplifting aproach.

Mark also teaches in encino by the way if you want to avoid that studio aswell.
