Wow. I just called this location to attempt to get information I could not get from calling USPS customer service. Upon the woman picking up I explained to her that my package's tracking information had not been updated in over a week and the package was supposed to be delivered days ago. She asked where the package was going. I sell things online so I have a number of packages going out at any time. I told her to wait a second while I looked for the location. She scoffed at me and said something along the lines of "you mailed it, you dont even know where its going?". I explained my situation to her and she responded "get your information together i'm putting you on hold." Another woman picked up the phone, no introduction no nothing. "Did you find the number." I told her that the other woman had asked me to find the location. I had the number in front of me but was looking for the location. She cut me off, "well you need the number the tracking number I need the information to help you." I gave her the number. She put me on hold, came back with relaying the information I already know with an attitude, telling me to have the person on the receiving end call their post office to gather information. I thanked her for her help and told her to have a good day but she had already hung up. I'm very sorry that I called this location for help as I got nothing and was made to feel like an idiot that was wasting the employees' time by asking them to do their job. I am always polite and understanding with people as I know there are always circumstances when the situation is out of their hands but to be talked to like that was ridiculous.
