These good technicians help me about suddenly acquired problem off my BMW 5-Series losing its left and right turn signals as well as it's hazard lights. I phoned the receptionist who was able to give me timely appointment. I realize that not every bit of German Auto Repair can be done quickly, but my point in writing this critique is that the way this team interacted with me was so clear and direct, about the Signal Blinker Relay gets cracks in its solder connections. If I ever had trouble again with my BMW am high-tailing it directly to Desi Auto Care.

Some issues with my Audi A4 the oil light reminder was on, service engine soon was on and I was told by Audi dealership that my from left CV boot joint needed to be replaced, they're going to charge me fair and I would be paying $1240

When I got 2nd opinion from Desi Auto Care, Shawn looked at my car inside and out and could not find ANY issue wrong with it. The CV joint made no noise while driving it, there were no crack on it and he had no idea why dealer told me it needed to be replaced. Shawn pointed out some other issues (power steering would need to be flushed next time, the belt is showing some cracks) but his recommendation was, there was nothing wrong with my car. He couldn't find anything to repair on (except my oil change!)

Strange happenings while travelling on Route 561 - engine seems to cut off for a seconds, headlight will dim/bright, and vipers starts by themselves...feels like a Halloween inside of my Volkswagen!

My regular shop is 85 miles away. Luckily I found Desi Auto Care who was able to fit me into his schedule. Andrew is knowledgeable, hardworking, and extremely thorough. The quality of work is beyond expectation.

This is 6 bays, 6 mechanics shop. Be prepared for them to be busy. The advantage is that you know exactly who is going to be working on your car.

I was looking for a new Porsche 911 mechanic after visiting a couple frogs. I'm lucky to found Desi Auto Care.

My experience: I was on the road and my radiator fan was vibrating. Out of nowhere it's shattered. Being that I was close to my sister's home, I managed to drive it safely to her driveway, and noticed a puddle oil on her driveway. The next morning, I called towing company and 9 am Car was dropped off and I left my contact information. 10:30 am they called me to inform the issue. It was my radiator fan busted and it punctured my oil cooler. They were able to get the parts and fix the car next day. They're responsible and reasonable.

A knocking noise on my SAAB 9-3 while turning and banging noise when I driving on rough roads in the front suspension. Ryan informed me; this type of noise is commonly caused by a front strut thrust bearing damaged due to water intrusion. I made an appointment for repair, car was ready on time as he promise. He even let me see the repair job he was performing in garage.

Miles: 55k Miles

Here is laundry list: Coolant temperature sensor, signal mostly stuck at low. Fuel tank ventilation system and purge air system, oil leak, coolant temperature from engine, needs new brake bulb, faulty directional indicator and trunk door don't open. Andrew sure made us happy when everything was done; car now feels like a brand new. We still have a dealership quotes, but Andrew saved us almost 60%. We treat lunch for everyone at shop. Thank you guys!

Suddenly turn signals stopped working on my favorite 9 years old Land (Range) Rover. Rachel give me an appointment for Friday. after diagnose Mike told me there was a two issues (1) faulty turn signal switch (2) electrical short. He orders the parts and I was back on the road within time. Thank you guys for being totally super fantastic specialist repair shop.

We have used Desi Auto Care in the past at their White Horse Pike location and they're wonderful. Michael has worked on my Audi and my brothers Land Rover.He helped me two times and didn't even charge for the small fix.
I took my Audi A4 in Tuesday because it is now out of warranty. Oh well!! Michael found out what was wrong with it. Audi has extended the warranty and he told me, to take it to the dealership and get it fixed for free. I'm sure no other shop will do this kind of honest service

I’m having issue with DSC/ABS light. I searched online and found out the most common reason on ‘03 BMW 330i for this light is a failed ABS wheel sensor. I brought car to Michael and expecting to pay $150 for failed sensor. What did Michael do? He cleared the issue by adding more brake fluid (because it was low) it’s cost me $22. An honest technician! Who would have thought!

He did some exhaust work also on my BMW which he performed to an enthusiast’s standard.

Sean and his awesome team have done nothing but excellent work on my 2002 Jaguar XK8. They have the knowledge and ability, but more than that you can tell they have a passion and love for the Jaguar.

I recently took mine in for tires, engine mounts, bushings and more...and for the first time ever, I left a repair shop feeling like I got great value for money. They had got rid of vibrations in the steering that had been there for months and even had tricks like fixing the loose inside trim on the driver's door up their sleeves.

Received a recall notice. Took my 2010 Volkswagen Jetta to the dealer. Of course! they also did FREE inspection to see if there was anything else wrong with my car. They sent me an email marked, " HIGH SEVERITY" with a video link of the service writer explaining what they had found. then called me with a quote of $3200+ to do the repairs. My co-worker told me about Desi Auto Care. god! I'm lucky! Sam and his team are the BEST! They did save me a ton of money. Sam helped me getting a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Somerdale and they had the repairs done the next day. They're a blessings to Volkswagen owners.

I was out of warranty for MINI COOPER and all of the pre scheduled services now had to be covered by me . I've been bringing my Mini here for a just over a year now.

I had a big problem with the MINI driving on the Atlantic City Expressway where the oil chain tensioner broke and all the oil leaked out of the car. I had it towed to Desi. Shawn was able to take a look at it in the morning. Apparently there are some typical problems with these cars and this issue had a possible class action lawsuit pending but nothing ever came of it.

He put in a new upgraded tensioner for me and I am good to go.

Pricewise they are very good and very fair. I won't say this is a cheap car to maintain since they seem to have issues after 65k miles but Shawn don't have crazy mark-ups like the dealers do.

No loaner cars, but he will drop you off nearby and will pick you up as well. This helps keep the costs down.

A very fussy about my BMW X5 4.4 and have gone to them since I have found them. Last year they replaced my X5 transmission with 150,000 miles and knew where to get the best tranny, a year later it works perfect. This week they replace my timing chain with a 158,000 miles a required maintenance that is very detailed and time-consuming process. I picked up the X5 and the engine has never sounded so smooth! Sean the mechanic did a fantastic job. He never trying to oversell you and being honest if you should fix it or if you can wait.

For example, the local VW dealer quoted me $100 to change a headlight (yeah that sucks, but you have to remove the bumper to change the light bulb on a Bug - WTF Volkswagen?). These guys did it for about half the dealer's price. See, honest.

They are walking distance from the Lindenwold Railway Station, but there is an Enterprise nearby if you need rental wheels.

My Range Rover is out of warranty, so was a good excuse to find a service center other than the dealership. I'm so used to outrageous prices for anybody touching this vehicle (even when it was under the full warranty) it was refreshing to have comprehensive, pleasant service at a reasonable price. I caught up on a few things I have to put off due to what I thought was outrageous fees, full injection cleaning with cleaning which put the power back in my supercharged tank.

Made the appointment and I was taken care of immediately.
Once I brought it in. Full attention to my vehicle while I waited checking my email and conversing with Shawn, It's a local shop but you can easily see attention to detail and pride in ownership.

Once I was finished Sean took it out for a test drive to check everything out he asked me if I had the time to wait first..... Very considerate it was a nice experience

Quite frankly I'm pleased with Sean, very accommodating and straight out honest and confident at what he does. If you're looking for decent pricing like me, try this place. I've been to a number of BMW dealers and German shops in NJ,PA. I know I finally found my best mechanics at DESI AUTO CARE! Jobs completed: front brakes, transmission selector shaft seal, A/T fluid change. -2000 BMW 528i (E39)

Repairs done: AC, Fuel pump, Window regulator and Grrrrrr... sound under engine.

I drive a 2012 Mini cooper Countryman and was very excited to know that Desi Auto Care works on these. I've taken my mini in for major and minor things and I'm always very pleased with the service. The folks there are very professional and always make sure that I am taken care of. Everyone there is pretty much a badass. I recommend this place to anyone with a Mini or BMW.

I took our mercedes Banz S-550 here for a regular service and to have
The backup alarm checked out. The backup alarm was not as loud as it had been before. It essentially was not audible and non-functional...VERY unsafe! I had it to Mercedes Benz of cherry Hill twice and was told: " That' s how it is. It can' t be adjusted."

The guys at Desi Auto care actually checked it out on their computer, and found it was set at only 40% They turned it up, and what do you know, I can hear it like it used to be. Huh! So if you actually do the work, you can fix things. I guess some shops don't think this small repair is worth their time.

Desi Auto care is a professional shop. Andrew and Sean made my car right and care about what they do.

I had actually planned to stop in to schedule my '03 AUDI cigarette lighter to be repaired. Spoke with Shawn about not getting power and he suggested i leave the car for an hour. I was little apprehensive to do this fearing a return to a $500 bill, but i'm glad i did.

Not only did Shawn fix the lighter but he also adjusted my washer jets. When i asked for the bill Shawn just said "NO CHARGE" I have to say that i have owned many German cars over the years and even sold BMW's for 7 years. In this period I have never been comped with anything. These guys are a rare breed because they not only care about customers but have knowledge that in my opinion exceeds the dealer level. They even stock SWEPCO Lubricants which are by far the best for any German cars.
A++ for DESI
