Connie Farley's Rentals

I lived at 501 East Wheeling street, an apartment in Lancaster Ohio, the place was ridden with bedbugs, cockroaches, and fleas. My elderly cat passed away from the conditions of that place. I also was very anemic and was covered in bedbug and flea bites. Connie wouldn’t compromise or give a deposit back. THE WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE WAS LIVING IN THAT APARTMENT. Connie would only provide sprays and wouldn’t heat treat the place. Inspection never happened prior to me moving in, when she said she had it inspected. Absolutely no heat or AC in that place, or a single smoke detector. Outlets were unsafe to use in the bathroom and kitchen.

The homes Connie Farley has in Lancaster is infested with cockroaches and Bedbugs and all she cares about is the rent money. She won't have it treated.
