Do not trust your valuables to this store. I've had several bad experiences and keep coming back for more. I left a box of summer clothing and two Melissa & Doug puzzles mid-July. I understood when they called to say that they could not buy the items because the summer season was almost over. Went in to pick up my items a few days later and a few of the most valuable items were missing (including a $20 like new wooden Melissa & Doug puzzle) . Previously I've gone in and purchased items only to get the item home and realize an important part was missing. I'd have to search for the part and buy it online (spending as much as if I'd just gone to the retail store in the first place). I do not understand how that happens when they do not purchase items from me with missing parts. I kept trying to give them a "second chance" (anyone makes a mistake right?). i think its just dishonesty. I've also witnessed and overheard the clerks discussing other parents in a negative light. Love the idea, hate that there is little integrity in the staff.
