IHOP

Walked in. Cashier standing behind the counter tooked her 3minutes to make eye contact. Finally she said you need help. I said yes do I just sit myself down. Never spoke ask me for how many and that was it. I am use to people saying hello welcome to I hop with a smile. I guess the South don't always have nice people I hope the food is good

Vivana the General Manager Spanish looking lady has terrible customer service. I came there and asked.for my steak medium well . Took it back it still was over cooked like how hard is it to cook a temperature the correct way then she sees the good almost burnt and says you want it less cooked than that. Duh. !!! Im know your Spanish but I'm speaking English.. not to mention I saw a roach . Very horrible experience and will never go back again . The servers were Great but this Spanish lady with the short Brown hair highlights NEEDS TO GO BACK TO MEXICO !!!!!!!

This location has come up a lot. The place is clean, the servers are well groomed and professional. My food was served in a timely manner and my order was taken correctly. I would eat there again and recommend that everyone should eat there.

The staff looks very professional as opposed to previous visits. Its definitely under new management here and its a big step up. Food was delivered promptly with a smile and the restrooms were clean. Thank you for a great experience!
