The renovated museum building is a house constructed in 1850 on Main Street, in Georgia's historic Stone Mountain Village. It is handicap accessible and provides free rear parking. The Village is listed on the National Register of historic places to visit. The museum building survived the 1864 Civil War attack on Stone Mountain Village. A visit to this unique museum will provide a triple treat, historic collection, historic building, and historic location.
