Was expecting a package and received email tracking that package was placed in mail locker, checked my mailbox, NO KEY. Waited a few days still no sign of package. Filed a claim with USPS and called Robinhood station, of course no answer. Following day waited for carrier and she says well scanned it I may have placed it on your porch!!! WTH she scanned it and didn't place it where she was supposed to!!!! something fishy!!! Contacted the OIG for postal affairs... waiting to hear back....

I have had continuing problems with my mail delivery, especially packages. Currently, I have one package lost at that post office. What's worse is that the post office continues to designate my mail sometimes as "undeliverable as addressed," which is infuriating. I've already addressed this issue with the Stockton post office, and the problem continues. In addition, no one answers the phone at the West Lane post office. Is anybody working there?

This is the second time they have lost one of my packages. Supposedly the Mail carrier delivered my mail on Saturday to me but I never got the package. I ordered the package through a site, so if the USPS said they delivered it and I didnt get it, I Cant get a refund. So I am out of Money, Suffering from emotional distress because that package had my personal information, addresse and billing information. My only solution is that the mail carrier delivered my package to another person. They been investigating it for two weeks now and I am on my last straw with it all. The supervisor called and a left a voicemail saying "supposedly you didnt get the package etc." If I received the package, I wouldn't be wasting my time fighting this BUT I am going to fight it until I either get my package or get a complete refund of the total of my package. If this issue is not fixed, I am moving the hell out of the area because I Cant lose no more packages. I handle my business through the mail and I am going to have my clients trying to sue me because they either didnt get their package, or I didnt get their package they're sending me.
