        Rite aid pharmacists (the new staff they hired since about three or four months ago) are awefully rude. Every month it's a fight to get the prescription refills, they do not check how many refills they have to give u and try to check u out with less, I have to check how many They're giving me all the time. If u go in the drive through they make u faces when u ask them to please repeat something, then they tell u that if u don't tell them the name of your medications they can't give them to u, even though the doctor has sent them a prescription and even though they're computer says something. I find that retarded because the doctor wouldn't send something u do not need, or u as a customer might not remember every name of every medication. Last month I ended up going from the drive through to the inside of the store to speak to them a d after they triggered my anger because it was the fourth time I was there trying to get my prescriptions, they did not take responsibility for having my mom without her medicines. Come on! Anybody would be upset to have their mama without mess because of people acting stupid. Then u ask them questions and they do not answer and if they do, they rude. After another verbal fight with them this month, I will not be getting my prescriptions there anymore. There is no need to have to go through this EVERY month.
